"The post office worker mistakenly changed the package address to a different country so it was sent back to me. When I took it back to the post office, I was told it was my fault for not checking the address the worker changed. I even had the hard copy of the receipt with correct address on it. At the end, I had to repay for everything, which was a horrible experience."

"My boyfriends mail lady plows over his trash bin and recycling bin everytime she delivers mail on Fridays. They are always right in the middle of the driveway knocked over when we try to pull in so he has to stop and get out of his truck to take care of them. He lives on a very busy road and having to do this constantly is very frustrating and unprofessional for her to do. The least she could do is stop and pick them up or if they are in the way of her delivering mail she could communicate that with us instead of plowing them over and driving off. Not to mention she did it one time while I was trying to pull out of the driveway so I had to get out of my car and pick them up after she drove off."

"If you know me, I'm the last person to leave a complaint or comment unless I feel it's necessary...what normally is a good experience, was ruined by CONNIE who is the manager. About a little over a week ago I had a package shipped to me with 3 day shipping when it didn't arrive when It was supposed I contacted the post office and asked them about it. Connie spoke to me and let me know that the package was maybe lost or broken and there's nothing they could do about it...even though this bothered me I understood. It wasn't that I wouldn't get my box in time that bothered me, it was the fact that she was so rude and showed no empathy. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to that could help me resolve the situation and to that she responded, "If you're trying to get your money back, it's not going to happen" I would have never chosen the 3 day shipping if I didn't think I would get it in time. all that money spent for what?? I must say this has nothing to do with the post office as a whole, this is literally the first situation that bothered me enough to mention. normally I have a good experience."
