"I know quite a few people that either live here now or have lived here in the past, they took out a "playground" for the kids. For absolutely NOTHING! To add a half of a trailer that does nothing, they moved it there, and there it sits and it's been at least a couple years... What's that say about the management??"

"I have lived here almost three years pay for water we can't and haven't been able to drink. Charge me 75 a month for central air and it's broke. Trap cats just cause the landlord don't like cats. The shingles are coming off my trailer and starting to leak told him five months ago still not fixed. Keep in mind I pay 895 a month and nothing gets fixed. DO NOT RENT FROM KJK REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT AT ALL OR ROSS."
