"This is now the second package in the past two weeks that says was delivered but I never received it!!! I was told it may have been delivered to the wrong address by mistake!! I get one mistake but now two in a short period of time!!! Either you have a thief working for you or a very incompetent mail carrier that better learn how to do their job!! "Extremely dissatisfied with this office. I requested my mail be forwarded on 7/31/23 to my new address. They started forwarding immediately on the date the form was filled out, 7/21/2023. I was not at the new address still at my old address not receiving any mail. I finally got ahold of the post office in Kent City and spoke with someone. They indicated it was a mistake on their end and that there is nothing they can do about me not receiving my mail. They basically said everything is in limbo and everything will be sent back to whomever sent it. I asked what I could do now since the mistake was on their end and the lady said she didn't like how I was speaking to her and hung up on me. Way to show true professionalism and concern after admitting the mistakes was on your end."
"Cardboard mailer very clearly says Do NOT Fold, yet the mail carrier bent it and shoved it in the mailbox rather than putting it in the door. Unfortunately my daughter's Master's Degree diploma was bent because they did this. This is not the first time we have had something like this happen."
