"This lady was extremely rude to me. Refused to help me, as it was my first time shipping so I didn’t know what to do. I let her know I was new to this and reminded her multiple times I didn’t know what I was doing. Made me feel awful and I left without getting any information on what I should do. Wouldn’t allow me to get a quote without a exact address when I just needed it to go to a Plainfield post office. As the lady before me didn’t have an available zip code, and I watched this lady help her find a zip code. Well that’s all I needed. And as I left I even had tears in my eyes and some of the other customers say sorry and good luck. I understand customer service is difficult I work in food service and know it’s a lot. Just very sad to have experienced the rudeness."
"It is next to impossible to actually talk to somebody when you try and call them. You talk to a machine the entire time with absolutely no option to talk to a human being. They don’t open until I am already at work and they close before I get out of work so my only option is to call them."

"Normally I would not leave a bad review especially for our post office here in Fruitport, MI..Recently we have been going through a couple of management changes and today just took the cake.I was expecting a very important package that had to be signed for and saw the mail lady just pull up to the box put the mail in and leave a pink slip with some mail saying sorry we missed you. So I immediately called the new post master to let him know what happened.He said she would be back to deliver by 2 pm. well nope so I signed the slip sent my Gentleman friend down to pick up the parcel around 3.30pm. The new replacement lady then started to yell at my friend about me signing the slip and now he had to sign it to..she then insinuated that he was lying about when she had tried to deliver the parcel..telling him that it was on Saturday not today..but the fact remains it had today's date and I have tracking on the item to be delivered which wasn't even in the state til Saturday Evening. I am so angry and disappointed at the disrespectful attitude this new staff has. I'm afraid this post office is going down hill all the way..To bad it use to be #1 All the way!"
