"I’ve been here four years now. Since the combination of Justin with Karla, I’ve never felt more taken care of since the barracks on Ft. Gordon. Seeing how hard Karla works for everyone, seeing Justin work in terrible heat and cold, they’ve treated me like family. Without a doubt I know if I have an issue it’ll be taken care of immediately. Overnight I had a handicapped spot for my special needs superhero of a son. As a disabled veteran my life has its own obstacles. I’m not the only disabled veteran here who knows if they have any issues or just wants to say hello that we can always count on Justin. When it comes to the manager position, you want Karla to be the person who takes care of your family."
"I would like to share my experience with the staff of Meadow Stone Apartments (Karla and Justin), same team that manages the apartments. We are a commercial tenant at the Meadow Stone commercial building and we recently had some ceiling issues. Karla got right on it, had the HVAC folks here in a timely manner, planned a solution with a resolution and we couldn't be happier. Whenever we have an issue they listen, plan an action and get the problem fixed. Thank you Karla and Justin for being an awesome landlord."

She's always willing to listen to me vent (lol) and help me with questions I might have. And if I have maintenance issues, they are taken care of as quickly as possible. I've always felt safe here and listened to (which is a plus)."
"Always responsive and the Maintenance has not let us down yet. A quiet neighborhood, you can definitely tell the buildings are old at times because of the sound barriers. But overall a great place to live. We’ve had a couple issues with appliances but they were very quick to replace them, and Karla and Kayla do a great job of taking care of the property."
