"Beware! This company had the audacity to charge a $200 early removal fee to us when our mother passed away. She was renting the water softener when she passed, so this was THEIR equipment, not hers, yet they charged to take it out when we sold the house, leaving a mess. I guess we were supposed to be grateful that they waived the early termination fee, mind you, for a person who had died! Gee, thanks! Great business practices. So be mindful of renting their equipment. You will be much further ahead to buy one from Lowe’s and put it in."
