"My husband and I have been living at Highbrook for almost 10 months and we absolutely love it. Management is so nice and easy to get a hold of whenever we have a question. Maintenance is also super patient and super helpful whenever we have issues. Even if they're minor issues! We originally were in a 3 bedroom townhome but realized we really only need a 2 bedroom. We looked at other options for when our lease ends, but decided to stay at Highbrook because we love the area and we love the townhomes and the community. I would recommend Highbrook to anyone and everyone!"

"The townhomes look fantastic inside and outside! Moving in was very smooth and very user friendly! The nature trail nearby provides a beautiful scenic route to take if you ever feel like taking 20 minutes out of your day to enjoy a walk! Overall I’m loving it here so far!"

"Highbrook Townhomes is a wonderful place to live. It is close to many restaurants and grocery stores, and just across the street from the Hudsonville nature center which has lots of beautiful walking trails! If you have a walkout unit your balcony will face the woods which is a beautiful touch, and each unit has a built in washer and dryer which is very convenient. The only downfalls of Highbrook is that there are no community amenities such as a pool, fitness center, etc., and most of the units (if not all) do not have a bathroom on the main floor. It hasn't been an issue for us, but if you are older or plan to have older visitors, they will need to use the stairs every time they go to the restroom. Overall, the units are clean, updated, and a great place to live! I definitely recommend Highbrook!"

"Management is exceptional. Even when short staffed, they went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to view the town home before moving in and followed up to make sure our needs were met before, during and after move in. There were some hiccups during the process but management made sure we were taken care of. The communication is top notch here, even with Heather following up today to ensure maintenance came to resolve an issue which was really appreciated. The maintenance people are fast and get the job done. They are very accommodating if you need to schedule a day for them to come instead of barging in. The townhouse itself is quiet, clean, and modern. Neighbors are friendly. I enjoy the small community here instead of a larger complex. Pricing is fair for what is going in other areas/cities. We hope to stay here for a while. My only complaint is the parking. Visitor spots are usually taken 90% of the time and tenants will use the spot as their parking spot instead of their garage. We've had people park in our assigned spots because they didn't have anywhere else to park and wanted to load their vehicle from their house. Management does their best on this, but I wish that there was more parking or those who followed the rules."
