"After 8 months & 4 different change of address forms submitted through this post office, it took me paying actual money on the USPS website to get my husband's address changed. This post master is not just absolutely down right rude but completely incompetent at providing proper services to her customers. Just thankful this mess has been handled properly by the right people & I won't have to deal with the town idiot anymore! ZERO STARS for this post office!"
"The new postmaster is a joke. The employees use up all four parking spots in the parking lot so there's nowhere to park. They're supposed to be open on Saturdays but the postmaster is lazy and needs an extra day off so she doesn't open. Wish it was ran like a real government position She treats it like her own personal job when she's a public servant. They throw your packages around like a football. Wish they would take there job more serious"
"If I could give this a zero star I would. This place DOES NOT deliver your mail half the time and when you do get it it’s around 8-9pm. And most of the time if I get a package they mark it as I told them to hold it. Like what! No I didn’t I want my package. Really lazy. The only people that I see that actually give you your mail ON TIME is Tony Mow and the new guy with the black pickup. You guys are GREAT! And I thank you for giving us our mail on time. The rest of you. Come on."
"Have put mail on hold three times in the last six months. They still delivered the mail. When I asked them why, they said that all they can do is give the carrier the message then it is up to the carrier to get it straight. Instead of dealing with their carrier, their comment was "we have openings if you want a job" Terrible service and communication."
"INSANELY incompetent. I shipped a package to Mancelona, Michigan 49659. Instead of going to that address, it was processed through this facility and was marked as "AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP". When I called the staff and let them know my package was misdelivered they tried to tell me that it was my fault. When the woman finally LOOKED at the address on the package she realized they scanned it into the wrong destination and labeled it "MISSENT". The correct destination was roughly 47 minutes away, the employee told me it would take about 1 business day to get to the correct address. I'm on day two now and the package got rerouted to ORLANDO, FLORIDA. So far, my package has been in transit for 9 days and delayed 5 days."
