"I have applied for Walnut lane I was put on waiting list it close to my family also. I get social security disability also. I just hope I be able to get in"
"Discrimination. I have at least three family members that lived there, and got into the apartments with less credentials than I do, and they still proceeded to deny me, and the manager named cat is very misleading, and basically doesn’t know how to do her job even though she’s been working there for over a year. I had income written down on a piece of paper and even got it notarized by the request of cat and it still wasn’t good enough. But yeah, I have family who did the same exact thing in their paper is not notarized and they rent from them. That was cat who signed their paperwork. I was denied on the facts that weren’t true, I asked cat to send my rental history letter to my last renter multiple times, and she never did. I was denied because of my credit at first and so I asked her if I could fix that she said yes. I didn’t get the letter in the mail in enough time so she just showed up denied my application. I tried to call Gardner management and the only thing they could do was apologize. Considering whether or not to Sue."
"Have a friend that lives here. Nice. Livable. Perfect if you're single or a small older couple. Other apts. In complex are a little larger and all basically set up the same. Nice location, idk what rent is I haven't asked."
"Cathy and Sue are great people to have for apartment managers. Cathy is a very dedicated manger. Maintenance is kept up.Sue also is awesome! The buildings are cleaned and smell good every week. Drug use and abuse are not tolerated here!"
