"For the last five years of living here. I've dealt with leaking ceiling that shouldn't got as bad as it did' is. crack in ceiling now. Every time they change mangers or maintenance people they they act like the problems are new . Example for the last two or more years I've been dealing with electrical problems . They say that its is the circuit breaker box in apartment. I pay to much rent for dealing with this stuff .my rent should never been raised and now I hear someone else is having the same problem . Da maybe the leaking roof caused the problem. The new circuit box should have been found by now. They should be asking me to move to another apartment at no cost to me in any way shape or form. At lower rent. There is no reason they can give for this mess. At this point they owe me money back. 2021 nothing changed. You pay rent and they they tell you they have to up the rent because of mantance cost . well I've paid . where the money going not for my apartment."

"Had cockroches the day I moved in. And bed bugs. The slider glass door and the front door foroze in the winter time. Just a nasty place to live"

"This place is a Dump. We lived there for 6 months and they never did any maintenance on the place when we asked, they have a BUG infestation (bed bugs, Roche's, ants) every apartment has Mold some where in it. Ours was the bathroom & all the windows. When the moved us in the rushed finishing up some thingss- they painted the bath tub which ended up peeling and had paint roller marks, the bath room floor was literally thrown in and gapped some of the tiles slid so when ever we went to the bathroom or shower they moved and we almost fell multiple times, no outlet covers on some of the outlets, electrical problems and they shut the water off once a month for 4-6 hours with no notice to residents & when they turn it back on it runs in a Dark brown/rust red color & its not good for about a week, half of the heating vents didn't work, cupboards didn't close, drawers were broken, sink wasn't caulked down so it moved, carpets were never shampooed when we moved in & they were Stained n it smelt like dog urine, found razors(from box cutters) all over the place & on th e balcony. Bath room vent didn't work. This place has poor management!! & its way over priced for what its worth!! Rent was $720 when we moved in n she raised it twice with in the 6 months we lived there. Up to $770."
