Phoenix House

"The place is overpriced anddisgusting. Furniture smells and is tacky along with the walls and floors. There is an antique infestation that they haven't dealt with In 3+ years. They have a bed bug infestation and their solution was to put covers on the couches. The "Supervisor" that was supposed to be watching me and my kids (Melissa) but instead she was over at the table with my brother practically begging him to go home with her after my visit. They shut the phones off unless someone is there, so you can't leave a message. The only way to get ahold of someone is to call the boss Cheryl, she doesn't answer her phone either but is likely to call back 2-3 days later. Just looking at this place you can tell it's going to be disgusting inside."

"Please avoid at all costs. All of the negative reviews you have read or will now read because of this, are indeed true. Almost everything you have read has happened to my family too at the Phoenix house. Nothing but issues from day two. Because on day 1 just like the other reviews stated, every thing was perfect. And then the issues started. If you can, pull EVERY video from each visit. If you want a business to care for your child that you drop off, to do paperwork like it should be, take all precautions to make sure your child or children are safe, then find another place to take them."

"Do not go here. The owner is also a lawyer and she is criminal. You are not safe here nor are your children. This hostel place needs to be shut down."

"Foc is known for their prejudice against men and this is just an extension of their grimey character! The lady who is severely under qualified to manage the home much less give opinions on whether or not a parent is or is not suitable to be around their child (questionable herself by all means), will literally take your money and then lie to the court! The home is very very dirty! The staff makes your stay uncomfortable and if you're a male... Don't expect for this scheme to go your way at all! Someone needs to investigate this broken system! And shutdown this house which would be condemned if any citizen owned it! Go elsewhere if you can! Home is unsuitable for adults , nevermind children!"

"I took my 3year old daughter and 6year old son to see their mother for her Supervised visit but the mother was not even there but they said she was I didn’t know until I drove past the parking lot and her car was not there I went back and got them they don’t follow their own policy everything is bad with this place I do not recommend. Also they are very biased to single fathers who have custody of there children. It took 22 days to get a video on what happened when they said it only takes 10days they doctor the video up"
