"Store was very clean! Cashier was not very helpful when it came to me buying 3 books that were but 1 get 2nd 50% off. I just ended up paying full price. Plus, each of the 3 Paperback Books that I bought my Daughter were $12.99 + Tax at Barnes & Noble when I already knew that the price for 1 of the books was $9.99 at Target and the other 2 books were $10.99+Tax at Target."

"Normally love this book store but had a bad encounter today. Tall, dark hair cashier was rude when I was checking out. The website showed my books as buy one get one half off, but they were ringing up normal price. I asked if they were buy one get one half off, he responded “Nope.” I said, “Your website shows they are…” and he rudely said “Okay, well, this isn’t the website, is it?” I paid full price and exited the store then returned and asked for a manager who explained they absolutely DO honor all online sales and prices, and matched them and refunded the difference to me. He also said he would talk to the general manager about the rude employee. Never had a bad experience here before but that cashier definitely put me off. If you don’t like your job, work somewhere else, don’t take it out on your loyal customers. Not sure what the cashiers name was but he was very tall, short dark hair, and glasses."

"Was super grateful they had the book I was looking for... a guided journal called, "My Grandmother's Story". I knew they had it at one point but couldn't find it anywhere. A team member checked their stock internally, proving they had it, but wasn't out on the floor, so they checked their stock in the back. Thankfully, they just got a shipment in! Even the website said they were out. Moral of the story... always ask. My 4 star review is sadly due to the bathrooms being a shocking disaster. Wet, toilet paper everywhere and no soap. Yuck. I'll still be back, grateful for all bookstores, no matter."

"My daughters first time at a book store, it was fun for all. Starbucks inside was great cheesecake and cupcakes were so good. Had a children's author book signing when there and seemed nice."
