"First of all, an emergency is always a scary thing. But I am so glad this place is right down the street! My little almost 2 year old somehow got into the Tylenol and I caught her just sitting there drinking it, not knowing how much she ingested I rushed her to this ER. From the moment I rushed into the building feeling panicked-Absolutely everyone was so very nice! From the front desk to the doctor they were all very professional and kind! Levi was so nice, patient and gentle with my little one and kept coming by to see if we needed anything. He was the best! They also seem well equipped and educated on how to help small children. If anyone has to go to the ER or take there child to one I would highly recommend ProMedica!"

"Dont go here if your in serious need of help! My boyfriend was in pain and been throwing up for days and the nurses were rude and kept making jokes.. as my bf is getting sick they challenged each other on whose shoes would squeak the loudest. The doctor Jeffery Tragery is a waste of a doctors degree. He didn’t offer any type of help and blamed my boyfriends stomach problems on weed. The didn’t even take a urin sample and they told me to not let him eat or drink anything. (Dry heaving will tear up your insides) so that made no sense.. I felt as if they was judging him and assumed he was just another addict when that was not that case. Only there to collect there check and not actually help when your in serious need.. never again will I come here for any type of emergency!"
