"I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN----I DISPATCHED A SHIPMENT FOR THEM TO PICKUP---THEY NEVER MADE THE PICKUP. BY THE TIME I LEARNED ABOUT THE MISSED PICKUP, STORAGE WAS IN THE 1000'S OF DOLLARS---THEIR FINAL ANSWER TO ME WAS----THEY CAN NOT HELP ME RESOLVE THESE HUGE STORAGE FEES, EVEN THOUGH THEY DROPPED THE BALL---BECAUSE, GET A LOAD OF THIS, THEY SAID, " SINCE WE DIDNT NEGOTIATE THE SHIPMENT WITH THE AIRLINE--THEY CANT HELP ME RESOLVE THIS---so tell me, when does any trucker - EVER GET INVOLVED BETWEEN SHIPPER & RECEIVER---NEVER-------they abandoned me & my client---and now there is over 8000 dollars in storage---and this company wiped their hands of me---YOU ARE A MORON IF YOU USE THEM--MICHAEL DUBIN"

"Total quality Logistics is the best company ever we work with. Each and every time, they provide us an exact info we need to delivered the loads. As a carrier we need quick responses and cooperation, they have both in highest amount. Personally and from our company, we really enjoying working with you guys. If someone ask me about the loads, I always recommend them TQL. This is not a review from a customer, its a review from the happiest customer. Keep it up guys. Thank you"
"Do NOT use TQL what so ever. On my second shipment with them they sent me a claim after the fact for an additional $1800 that was never agreed to. The quoted price of $1300 was what i agreed to and now theyre saying it actually costs $3100 after it was delivered. I refused to pay and they sent it to collections but im still not gonna pay. Based on the other reviews seems like im not the only one this has happened to."
"STOLE MY TRAILER!!! I used TQL to help cover some loads. They stole one of my brand new trailers and used if for over a year!!! I was driving to work and I saw my stolen trailer on I-94 being pulled by a local trucking company. Thanks to the State Police the trailer was impounded and we were able to get it back. The load was dispatched by TQL. Complete crooks to keep moving my trailer load after load; amazed we were able to get our equipment back. I will never use TQL again. Tracker was even disconnected."
