"I called this company August 13,2020 and schedule a transportation pickup for August 26, 2020 for my Fathers doctor appointment. Gave the lady I was speaking with on the phone my credit card information. She said, transportation will be at my house at 7:40 am on August 26,2020. Sooooo on August 26, 2020 at 7:30am I called to make sure transportation was on the way. The same lady, I remember her voice. Told me she did not have me on her list for transportation. She also asked if I called the right give a lift. Conversation was time dated on August 13, 2020. I did not have the time to argue with this human. I had to put my father and wheelchair in my car, myself. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family about this transportation service."

"I hired this company to transport my mom from her skilled nursing facility to Thanksgiving dinner. After emailing with the company, reserving with a credit card, and confirming by phone, they did not show up. I started calling about two hours ahead of our scheduled time just to confirm everything was on schedule as planned. The person who answered the phone told me, all three times I called that morning, that she would have dispatch call me. They never did call. No one showed up. My mom spent her first Thanksgiving as a nursing home resident in tears, with no thanksgiving dinner, and heartrendingly disappointed."

"Do not use them if you have other options.There are some excellent drives that work for this company. However this most recent time there was a chubbier lighter in skin tone women with a tattoo on her right ring finger. Who was not only a terrible driver but the car was filthy and sticky. Due to the inconsistency I have asked my case manager if we can move to another company"

"I will never use this service again. I scheduled a ride with them a week in advance, and their driver was still an hour & a half late picking us up. This is the second time I've used them. They were also 35 minutes late the first time. If reliability is important to you, this is NOT the service to use. Once I could excuse, but 2 out of 2 is ridiculous."
