"Didn’t even apply. And neither should you. Straight up lies has to be. Job posting says they pay 50cpm. Yall, Swift payed me 57cpm to start…. Over a decade ago. Also you can’t average 1500 a week on 50cpm. Thats 3000 miles weekly. For lost drivers in most rigs operating under current FMCSA logging standards, 3000 miles a week is just about the max for a solo driver. You MIGHT be able to squeeze a few more miles out. But that would mean driving 11 hours every single day without fail. Dont even bother. Find you a company that will pay you a decent wage, figure most of these companies, even in this terrible frieght market are squeezing out at least 2.35 per mile from their brokers. Thats a 78% profit margin. Even with fuel figured they are north of 40%. Get paid what you’re worth."
