"I purchased an $80 NiteRider bike light from this company on Amazon. I briefly checked it when it arrived and it seemed to be new and working. When I first used it several months later, the light and battery worked as it should have, but the OLED screen was dead. After the ride, I recharged it to use the next time, in a few weeks, but that next time it would not work at all or recharge. I was outside of my Amazon return and warranty period, so I contacted Bicycle Addictions aka Allied Cycle Shop to see if they would help. By the next business day I had a brand new replacement delivered to my door at no charge. I can't even give him 5 stars on the order at Amazon b/c the order was too long ago! So I am doing the next best thing and giving him a 5 star rating on google. It's hard to find businesses like this these days. No wonder his Amazon customer recommendation/satisfaction rate is 100%. Kudos! I will buy from Mike again."

Answered all our questions and made suggestions. I was even able to get the color she wanted. The bike was all together and the owner checked the brakes and adjusted the seat to fit my granddaughter.
