"My mother and I were just almost hit by one of Fidlelity Transport while pulling up to St Marys hospital in Livonia. We were waiting on the car in front of us to move and this bus driver drove up the valet lane and cut us off. When I got out the car and mentioned to the driver that he should be more careful and almost hit us. He denied it saying I saw you in my cameras. No apology what so ever. He said his name was William and said I could make a complaint if I wanted but he didn't care."

"Hi I recently went through such an unimaginable time with my mom. Totally independent one day and now wheelchair bound suffering from a horrific bed wound. It was 9/25/23 and my mom after 4 months in hospitals and rehab was FINALLY coming home. We were told her discharge was 11:00 am on 9/25/23 so I arranged transportation from the rehab to her home. Little did I know discharging her was nearly an hour late. Can you believe it? Fidelity transportation WAITED!! The driver SAM was so patient and understanding. The owner Bryan understood our dilemma and made sure my mom got home. This is the first time I had to arrange transportation for anyone let alone my own mother. Fidelity transportation saved the day.
