"Dusted off my 36-year-old road bike and realized my front tire was flat. After reading reviews, I visited the Downtown Ferndale Bike Shop. The manager was supremely knowledgeable, very nice, and threw a nice new tire/tube on my bike in about 5 minutes. Today I took THE nicest ride. You guys really made my day. Thanks."

I’ve abused the hell out of this bike and somehow it still rides like new - I think it’s because I’ve been getting it serviced at this shop since I bought it and it’s just a quality product. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Just had a new seat installed, hand grips, and lights and I’m really happy with them. (My butt is thanking me for the memory gel seat). You will get quality and service here that you can’t get at big box stores or Amazon. I’m not a bike nerd, just a guy who rides a street bike around for fun or commuting."
