I just arrived to find that the house I had rented for 3 years had burned to the ground and I was never notified. It it wasn't for JR, I would have been big time out out of luck since I had a dog. I never have to worry about the place I am renting or the condition of it. They are always clean and ready and if there are any issues, JR immediately takes care of them. I have never had any problems with their customer service. They are always helpful and friendly."
