"A one hour eta turned into 4 hrs and we're never called to let us know it was ready. I called to find out myself. Time sensitive antibiotics that took way too long to be useful with first dose given by the doctor with instruction to take 2nd dose asap. Update Maria called and helped out enormously. Still won't use again but I increased my rating from 1 to 3 because of her taking time to call will a helpful solution."
