They've been way more cooperative and reliable. While I respect your efforts, a lot remains to be improved. Be consistent. Be reliable. Be professional."

"Unprofessional on another level. Our group made sure to book their facility ahead of time and even called twice the day of to make sure we were still able to use the gym for volleyball. After driving 40 minutes, we were then told they gave the gym to another group 2 hours before. No one called us to let us know about the changes. A total of 18 people had to go home with the staff not even apologizing ones. They also conned us into getting their gym membership without telling us about the universal membership. Our group play in Patton and ABC and have never found any issues with them. Purchased a membership with Patton and I had to do it again for kemeny because the staff didn't tell me I could have just upgraded to universal which lets me use any of the gym in Detroit. ABC was kind enough to tell me that I should have just bought the universal pass. Their level of communication is atrocious this facility needs to be checked by the employers"

"So I play volleyball with a group of friends and each week they do not tell us until the day we plan to use their gym for volleyball that they have something else goin on or they give our time to use it to a different group! We have called and emailed in advance that we would like to use their gym and they are ok with it until the time comes! This has happened on multiple occasions and we have had to cancel our open gym because they do not coordinate or cooperate with my friends and I. It has finally gotten to the point that we don't want to even use the gym anymore because they never respond to use anymore when we reach out or when we are willing to cooperate with them and move our schedule around so we can use the facility. This is why I give them a 1-5 star rating"

"My group and I were misled regarding programming here. Communication is very poor. Staff do not communicate with each other which results in people showing up to programs that are not occurring. They make last minute schedule changes the day of. We have also had people overcharged for memberships and these have not been addressed"
