"Locked our keys in our truck on a Saturday and three locals recommended Bob. Walked to his shop which was closed but there was a phone number on the door to call. Not only did Bob immediately answer he apologized for saying he couldn’t be there for 10 to 15 minutes lol. Not only did he save the day he charged a minimal amount instead of taking advantage like some would have. When we were leaving he was helping a family with a tire repair on his day off. As you can tell by all the five star reviews this businessman gats it!"

"Mercer Rentals & Sales is the BEST!!!! The phenomenal customer service and level of professionalism is second to none!!!! I have never had a more positive interaction from start to finish with any company! I am truly, truly thankful for Brian and the amazing team at Mercer Rentals and Sales! My boyfriend and I were driving down Swamp Creek Road and accidentally hit something that busted the oil pan on the car. We had to shut the car off immediately and call for a tow truck. Thankfully, we were able to get phone reception and call Mercer Rentals and Sales. Brian and his team came out with a tow truck and a transport car extremely fast!! Brian and his team were incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable! I am immensely impressed with the exceptional customer service by Brian and the team! They helped us so much and turned what could have been a very stressful, scary situation into a very calm, peaceful experience. They even recommended that we have our car towed to Matt at Southside Auto to fix the oil pan issue. We are forever grateful to Brian and the team! We highly recommend this company!!"

"I highly recommend Mercer Rentals for car repair and overall fantastic customer care. On our annual trip up to Bayfield we broke down just outside of Mercer, a place where we didn't know a soul. Bob, the owner, and his crew at Mercer Rentals stayed open late, did a diagnostic on the van, and ordered a new alternator to be sent up the following morning. But what was extraordinary was that Bob literally gave us his own truck to borrow overnight to make sure our family could get food and a hotel. The following morning Bob installed the new parts and charged us a reasonable amount for excellent work. It's far too uncommon to find a business that takes care of their customers as well as Bob and his team at Mercer did. Bob has been in business for just three years--we hope it's the first three of many more years of excellent quality repairs and customer care!"

"I can't say enough good things on the service we received. The owner took personal responsibility on acting as fast as he could to help us out when our battery died. As a matter of fact, we felt he went above and beyond what anyone else would have done and his bill was surprisingly very cheap! Mercer is very lucky to have him. And no, this is not a fake review and I wasn't paid to post this review. As a matter of fact, I rarely offer reviews, but the service we received was so impressive, I had to write something."
