"They recommended run flats when I went in for new tires. I saw the price, cheaped out, and went with a cheaper option. Good tires, but not run flats. BIG MISTAKE. I got a hole that fix-a-flat couldn't fix and, because new Cadillacs aren't designed for lifting with a jack (which is why run-flats are recommended for my Cadillac), I went through hell getting the car to Tire Traxx to replace it. This time I did what I should've done in the first place and replaced the damaged tire with a Pirelli run flat. They gave me a really good price. In fact, not much more than I paid per tire when I bought the set of cheaper tires. I'll be back for the other 3 run flats before this new tire is worn. I was very nervous when I brought it in the first time because the Cadillac dealership I go to for service and maintenance warned me they have a special lift for new Cadillacs and that the car would be damaged if lifted normally. However, Tire Traxx showed me the car on the lift to show me that no damage was done to the car."
