"Wont Return calls or emails. Pretty much took my money for a divorce. Wife left years ago and want into hiding. He kept telling me the judge wanted a signature for her. Kept telling me he needed more money for filing fees. Found out recently that nothing was filed in any court in MI. Keep calling his office for a copy of my records and how much i paid him and no return calls."

He refused to understand an abusive situation, downplaying it and even ignoring it, Worse he would lie to me and the children saying he was going to make changes that would help them and then not only did not keep his word but supported and recommended things that caused more harm. Threatening children and mothers with jail time while ignoring abuse and the detrimental effects it had on children should never happen."

"Very difficult to get ahold of, does not return calls or emails in a timely manner. I have been waiting for an order to be submitted to the court for over three months in a family case. He is unprofessional in the tone and way he handles his cases and clients. He stated he did not have a problem with my son being hit in anger by his abusive father, and the marks left on my son (father has record of domestic violence from several previous relationships, probabtion, etc). He let me know that the family court judge previously assigned to my case "only ordered in favor of parties wearing a skirt." He discredited my son's account of abuse and tried to make him look like a problem child to the court. After court ordered therapy and drug testing my son's accounts were proved true. Rather than Michael making things right and helping to submit the final order, he has been completely unreachable for three months. Many calls and emails to his staff and I now have another laywer and am filing a complaint against his license."
