"Lisa was very very rude. Spent over $3,000 on an item to find out it was broken, get the run around, jump through hoops. Ridiculous customer service. I expect to see a blanket response “we take pride in our ? Years of service… reach out to our management so we can better understand”… I’m not interested. Treat you clients better, provide actual customer service and stand by the items you sell, retrain your staff. I’ve read this isn’t a isolated incident so actually address and fix the issues because THOUSANDS are spent with little in return."
