"What a nice place!! Tried to replace the red airline to the trailer myself, but couldn't do it with my own tools. After i tried first at TA in Dexter MI, which wasn't interested to help i came here and Bruce and his guys jump immediately in and solved my problem with no hesitation! "Bruce the shop Manager and Dam the General Manager wouldn't fix a glad hand that they had replaced about 9 days ago at another Love’s and it broke I was told to cone on buy and as long as I had the receipt no problem but when I got their they quickly went into all kind of possibilities on why it broke mind you I have a reefer so I couldn't have backed into it im driving a 2019 Freightliner with the excess air wings so believe me if you turn to hard like they suggested your definitely going to lose or at least Crack the wings none of that is evident it was all good until they saw my face because I have a account with Love’s use your imagination on this theor not good people"
"I recently had a terrible experience at this particular Speedco Truck Lube and Tires location. I took my truck in due to ABS and TC warning signs, which were also affecting my cruise control. The staff informed me that they could fix the problem, likely related to sensor issues, but they needed to perform a diagnostic test for $85 first. After some time, they assured me that the truck was fixed and good to go. However, just 20 miles later, the warning lights reappeared. I returned to the same location and they ran another diagnostic test, only to tell me that there was a different issue they couldn't fix and I needed to take my truck to an International dealership. To make matters worse, they demanded another $85 for the second diagnostic and refused to release my truck unless I paid. Be cautious when considering this location for your truck's maintenance needs."
