"I love my local Family Express great coffee and donuts and just stopped for gas great service! But the restrooms are awful!"

"Went there on March 7th at 5:30 pm and waited in a huge line. I forgot my ID at home but noticed she was selling cigarettes to everyone without checking IDs so when I got up there she carded me. I have a huge beard and tattoos yet some little girl with a mask in front of me she doesn't card. Insane. You have to ID everyone, not pick and choose. Selling to minors is against the law"

"It’s nice having family express up here in our neck of the woods we call NWI. The stores are all for the most part clean (on their worst days still cleaner than the average gas station.. bleh!). We go in here a few times a month for a fountain drink and cups and lids are always in stock and the dispenser looks rather clean, not sticky and like they actually take pride in their work. Shocker in 2023! Their pumps always seem to work well and not glitch out or anything. Windshield washer fluid and squeegee always filled and in good condition. Pumps appear clean and not overrun by cobwebs and garbage. Well managed facilities. Clean bathrooms!"

"This gas station is beyond irritating to go into at night time. This does NOT happen in the day while Gary is working. Night time Always has a huge line and the employees talk forever. Indiana ave family express is WAY better and much quicker even tho it’s smaller. The employees at indiana Ave and Gary are top notch. I’m done going into j st with a 10 min wait every single time."
