"Just understand that you'll likely have to deal with dropping the car off; this place is BUSY. That being said, less than 72 hours after I dropped my wife's Monte Carlo they resolved perfectly the hole in our exhaust. Didn't try to upsell in the LEAST. You want an honest mechanic? "Called Muffler Man Wednesday about towing my car there for repair. Had car towed to them when they opened Thursday morning, as they suggested. Fast forward 4 nights...car still sitting untouched behind their business with the keys in the ignition and the doors unlocked same way I left it. I removed my keys and locked the doors that night after driving there to see if my car had been moved, it had not. No effort to secure my car or bring the keys inside after they closed every day. Each time I called them (they didn't call me) they would reply "we're pulling it into the shop soon." No call back by Saturday closing time, closed Sunday. Day 5...towed car elsewhere because of seriously unprofessional service. Insurance won't cover second towing but it's better than leaving my car there another minute. Huge inconvenience. This one definitely slipped through the cracks. Courtesy call once would have helped. The place I towed it to fixed the problem the next day."

"We took our vehicles here on a regular basis for oil changes. Probably did this for 2-3 years because of their ad promoting them. Until one visit the technician informed us that the filter had never been changed. Buyer beware."
"I had my Dodge Caliber diagnostic done at another shop in BC....found a huge hole in exhaust pipe close to catalytic converter They send me to Mufflerman to get a custom exhaust to save me some money. Wow! They not only not only saved me Money But could do the work right away! Now quiet engine it's good to go..Thank you Mufflerman!"
