"Unfortunately, they are not honest when answering questions. They DO up charge if you send anything out using regular mail - U.S. Postal Service. They charge a surcharge, which if they would have been upfront about it, wouldn't have been such a big deal. I can understand the need to make a profit, but NOT at the expense of honesty and integrity! Very disappointed and I will not use their service again."
