"Dishonest and difficult to work with J.H.Rose Logistics provided the incorrect delivery date. Load was delivered on time, but receiver stated that it's over 2 days early. J.H.Rose dispatch Jeffrey agreed to pay detention and layover charges to wait until the delivery time. Load was delivered timely ,but J.H.Rose refused to pay for the Load . After 4 months of dispute ,they eventually paid, refused to pay for detention and layover charges, and deducted $800 claiming that the load was late, when in fact it was early. Dishonest, and unprofessional. Carrier and Costumers !!! Stay away!!!"
