"Zero professionalism. As a carrier you expect serious business from a freight broker. Was sent on a load, drove about an hr to do a local run. When i get there shipper said i had to load container myself. Tried calling broker as i was only providing transportation services. Called and emailed with several times and no one answered. 20 min later i get a call from them telling me they would call me tomorrow that she was out of over time. Emailed them asking for a truck order not used just to get ignored. Please stay away from the freight broker total headache"
