"I enjoy the food, but REALLY dislike online ordering. Here’s why… 1) When ordering the ultimate cheese bread, the add-on sauce is automatically selected. I ordered MANY times before I noticed the up charge. I assumed that nothing would be selected unless I did so. I have told them about the issue on a few occasions, but it persists. The irony is that I NEVER got an extra sauce. 2) Panzerotti…the site states it is “Filled with Mozzarella & 2 of Your Favorite Mr. Pizza Toppings, Baked then Brushed with Garlic Butter & Sprinkled with Fresh Parmesan and Italian Spice.” However, if you select any toppings, each is $1.79 additional. So there are no toppings included. This makes this item $15.57! I would never order this for that much with only two toppings. I also ordered this MANY times before noticing that they were not including two toppings for the advertised $11.99. I called the store tonight an again inquired about the pricing and was told that “Right now we have a special where one item is free.” I enjoy patronizing this business, but feel this practice is not honest. I would understand if there was a website error and they didn’t know, but they do! I’ve never ordered any other items from there, but imagine these two aren’t the only misleading, over-charged, items."

"Love their Pizza. I placed an order for 8 large pizzas less than 10 minutes after they opened and my pizzas were ready in 15 minutes. Owner keeps the place FULLY staffed, he himself is there to watch over everything. That makes the business run smoothly, orders get knocked right out. My orders are normally pretty basic and hard to screw up, so can't speak on what the mistake margin is, my orders never have mistakes though. Just love ordering from here when I need a large amount of food on short notice. Also love supporting local small business owners."
