"I have been coming to this location for 7 yrs buying different things but lately my money has been stuck in the lottery machine and the man behind the counter want to argue saying ..you know it was broken. Well sir why not put an out of order on the machine instead of taking people money and saying oh you have to wait three days for a return."

"Absolutely the worst 7-11 around, twice I've run into the same rude cashier, the first time I thought we are all human maybe he had a bad day, but after this morning around 9:30 am black Friday, this way everyone at 7-11 knows who I. talking about, is an a hole, and even though I live a Block away, I will never go back. People should not be talked to like he thinks he can, some years ago I would have handled things differently, eventually someone will. I tried your other site, I don't want to join that site we are communicating just fine on here, if you want to fix this, we are all listening.... or say nothing, do nothing and then everyone who reads this will know your 7-11 employs rude people who don't care about their customers. And honestly, I believe I was dealing with one of the owners..."

"Had a uber pickup here. Everything was packaged and what i ordered in the bag. The pizza was actually not terrible. I have had worse from local places. The man working was friendly but working alone, he has to grab the phones, make food, ring people in and everything else that was required of him. The should get more staff for sure but other than that it was great."

"I usually come into this location daily to grab a coffee and snacks, either before work or on a lunch break. All of my experiences have been great, except for yesterday (6/1/2021 around 2:45P). The cashier argued me on a price that I would normally pay for my coffee. His demeanor was very unwelcoming and mean. The increase in price was not a big deal to me, it was his terrible customer service. Once again, the customer service that I receive at that location is usually stellar, but yesterdays visit really turned me off of this location."
