"I believe all dispatch and bus drivers are all very, very nice. But I moved here from Munising. Just something to think about and concider is they should have a work bus 24/7. We have that in Munising and it's great! Call after hours anytime, well reasonable hours and u can still get a ride it's just straight 5 dollars in cash if u don't set it up with dispatch. This would make a difference also if they considered it. Run a drunk bus on Fri. And Say. Nights. From 6 pm till bars close. Charge 5 in cash and the farther u go than it would go up to 10.00 . It's nice and convenient to ride so locals or vacationer's do not get drunk driving. This is how Altran Run's their buses in Munising. Just suggestioning this because it helps tremendously for people who work and have no vehicle. It's 10.00now for the Taxi. Alot of people can't afford that and it would probably help more residents of Escanaba get job's also. The businesses can't find workers, well like I said some people can't find a job that's in walking distance for them. So that work bus would be nice. I noticed Data waistes alot of time and gas. With gas prices going up they need to try scheduling people for the same bus. I've talked with others and they also agree.tgerw been times a bus picks a person up to go to store. Another person comes and calls ,wants to go to store also. Most times they don't make it work for the 2 people to take same bus that's going right by the same store. The one bus is for customer that called first, and they tell the other person to stay back another bus will be coming and picking you up. There was no reason at times that they couldn't of gave the 2 customer 's on same bus. That's perfect example of wasting gas, and alot of wasted miles on those tires on the bus. I've heard drivers even calling dispatch to take some people on their bus cuz they all going to same place or close and dispatch says many times , nope tell them to stay and wait for the next bus. Putting those few customers on that same bus would have saved alot of money. Ya'll can disagree but this is my opinion."

"Office staff and drivers are nice.They do their best to get you places on time.Just wish they were running more hours.It would be helpful to have the bus running in weekends and later in the evening.Not happy when there are 40- 60 minute waits at times.Overall they do a good job.Shuttle bus from Gladstone usually on time."
