"After trying Billings (don't service Cub Cadet or Ariens snowblowers) I was referred by them to Hellabucks. Upon calling, I was told that a $110 deposit was required per snowblower and it would be 3 weeks at least. Now to my wonderful experience at Weingartz. Scotty and Todd came outside and took my machines. I was given an estimate with no deposit required and told that I should good to go in about a week. I wanted to and should have just gone there first."

"Not sure what happened to Weingartz in Utica Was a great place to do business in the past, but looking at recent reviews and with my recent experiences in the last 2 years Parts department aways Messing up and giving me the wrong parts after I gave them all my machines info Serial number and Model information and year This has happened to me about a handful of times in that last 2 years so I have to go back to them and hope they have the right parts In stock and some of the people that work there are Very rude ! I will not be going back no more congratulations to weingartz you just lost a customer that's been going there for the last 15 years!!! Like I said this place has been going downhill last couple of years!!!and to everyone out there look around and try to find a place That appreciate your business, and that will take care of you!!"

"Only justify the one star for the employees who are helping. They work hard to help the customers. I recommend not using Weingartz at all except parts. People are very nice, but the people they have fixing the equipment must be people who don't care about the end customer. Or is it the management that is allowing this poor customer service for repairing items. My riding John Deere mower. Wanted an engine tune up, change the oil, cutting was not equal, wheels loose, etc. First pass after repair, the gas dumped into the oil and a huge plume of white smoke came out. Lawnmower down for another two weeks to empty the oil (and gas) and refill. A bolt holding down the engine was missing when I was changing the oil. Wanted them to fix the spot that was not cutting when you make a pass . . . they didn't. I wanted them to tighten up the front wheels as they seemed to be getting loose. That summer . . . one fell off. I had to fix all of the issues myself and at an my expense. Next, Echo Trimmer (only game close to me). Said should take a few days. Okay, they had to order the part. Part came in in three days. We are now at two weeks . . . still no trimmer. The cost is now twice as much (misdiagnosed) and the parts and I authorized the repair four days ago. Answer, we should get to it tomorrow. Still no trimmer. Tomorrow is day 5. So i call now to see if it is completed. Now they don't pick up the phone to answer. On hold for 45 minutes. Called another department, you guessed it, send to the same place on hold for another 20 minutes and no answer. Summary, only go there if you have to and only buy parts. Don't know what happened but their customer service is horrible."
