"My son had an appointment for 730 in the morning. He woke up sick and I called and left a message that he wad sick and would not be there at 6am. I called to reschedule ans they refuse to reschedule since I cancelled the same day. They stated they would prefer him to come in sick rather than cancel. Makes you wonder how much they actually care about their patients. I will never go back to that office. I would hate to come out of there with some kind of disease since they don't mind sick people coming in for appointments."
"Dr. Olson extracted 3 wisdom and teeth and the whole team did a wonderful job. The sedation was smooth and staff were informative. I appreciate all the care they gave in a timely manner. On the first evaluation visit in knew exactly what I was going to pay and it turned out to be $15 less. Thanks for the music playing also. It eased my anxiety!"

"My daughter had her 4 wisdom teeth pulled. The assistant was not friendly at all, you could tell she didn't want to be at work. They started using the needles to dumb her before she was asleep. No time at all to wake up after procedure, it was pay and get out. We never received a reminder call for any questions before the procedure and no one has called us to check on her after procedure. This is the 3rd time we have used this clinic (different location)and never have we been treated so cold. Very disappointing for something so expensive and evasive."

I was SUPER nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed and from the initial contact to the moment I was walked out of the office, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Shelby was so kind and helpful with all of my questions. Dr. Fountain walked in and immediately I went under. I was in and out within an hour with a full list of do's and do not's for the following days. Nothing but good things to say."
