"We booked because we were desperate for a place for my grandmother to stay during the power outage. Under the impression they had wifi, so she could occupy herself while I worked. She likes getting on her VR with her friends. The younger Arabic guy is super rude. When I said their website did say they had wifi, he replied with they don't have a website. I said well, your Google business says you do. We would have booked elsewhere had we known that. Says no visitors, gave me issues about helping my grandmother bring her clothes and medical stuff into her room and bringing her dinner. I live just a couple blocks away, but she has trouble getting up my steps because again she's handicap. This was better than her going without heat. Wasn't absolutely awful, but wouldn't recommend if you had other choices. Expensive for being pretty run down."

"Poor service poor customer service and the lady acts like she don't understand English if she don't want u to stay at the location. And they have bedbugs.... The Lamplighter Motel is the best ever they are extremely upclass and very hospitable."

"Very disrespectful. Younger women told me "no I can't give you new towels it's too late,you can take a shower tomorrow" didn't even take my old ones! Now earlier this morning ( on a different day ) go and ask for some more toilet paper and by a mid aged women,probably the mother of the other unprofessional lady.. told me no because I'm only one person and said I would just have to go without. I'm disgusted with all of then here. Can't understand how they are still in business"
