"My 11 year old is receiving orthodontic care from Dr Bandeen and we’ve been so happy since day 1. The office is amazing and the staff is wonderful. We’ve always received top notch care and I recommend anyone interested in braces to go see them. I am so happy we chose Dr Bandeen to handle her care and every last good word I’ve heard was spot on. "So far EXTREMELY unhappy with them taking over the Marshall Office (formally Chmura). They can't keep appointments and are rescheduling them months out or you just don't get call for their mistake. Seems like they are to busy with their other offices to really care (Dr. Is only in on Monday and Tuesdays). Office staff calling to cancel appointments last minute or when you show up are not helpful to reschedule and state they might quit because of the new days/hours. At this point I do not recommend this orthodontist! If things change I will update this posting."

"They did an absolutely amazing job! Always checked on me while they were working and had very good energy in the building at all times, always had a good laugh and they work with you amazingly!"

"When I finished treatment I came in for a check up I let them know I had some concerns regarding my finished smile. They assured me that they’d be able to correct the issues that I was concerned about. They sent me 4 sets of retainers to “fix” the issues that I was having. Unknowingly to me the retainers that they sent were my permanent replacements that the office staff failed to informed me of. I was never told this information until I called them to get information on my permanent retainers so of course I didn’t keep the retainers after I wore them. I called and spoke with KARLA who informed me that I only had those issues that I expressed because I didn’t wear my original retainers! Wow! I was in disbelief! How dare she accuse me of such thing when she is nothing more than a receptionist! That is absolutely false! The straighter my teeth got the bigger these issues became for me and I told the Doctors that asap therefore there was no fault to me. KARLA was very rude and short as if she was the one being charged for replacements. She told me that I would be charged an additional $150 if I wanted a new set of retainers even though the office staff failed to inform me that the ones I was receiving were my permanent pair. I also let her know that I’d be leaving a google review for her disgusting behavior and she simply didn’t care. I am very disappointed with the service that I’ve received From the first person of contact. The office staff does not take the time to give you detailed information or instructions unless you ask very specific questions which you shouldn’t have to they should be very thorough from start. Very unacceptable! Once you are done with treatment the staff does not care about your concerns or how you are treated. Update: Karla did rectify the situation, which I do appreciate. They sent me new retainers at no charge, which is all I wanted from the beginning but I am appreciative that we were able to come to a common agreement. Thank you"
