Family Dollar

"First thing CHECK UR PRICES AT COUNTER WHAT SAYS ON THE SHELF IS NOT ALWAYS THE PRICE THEY WILL OVER CHARGE U (product in the wrong spot so u never know the right price or reading the label it’s not right price) I’ve been going to this store sense it first open. And at first it was one of the best family dollar around but then it got messy and it looks like they are picking up a little. But all the new employees are rude everytime I come in there either someone sitting behind the counter or a very long line with employees just walking past not doing nothing and not even acknowledge customers they are always on there phone I asked to speak to a manger (had bought some expired food that was 2 months expired realized when I left store I still have receipts ) and the dark skin short girl manger was on her phone talking and just ignoring employee that tried to help me and was very rude to her I didn’t even want to speak to a manager after that I will not be coming back. I’ve had much better experience 13 and grosebeck and 10 and vandyke employees are actually trained and nice sales floor never messy and very stocked"

"At first, pretty good. Now just horrible!! Especially the one guy with the dreads. Learn to do your job. And if closing is @ 10 pm then doors shouldn't be locked until 10 pm not 9 30. Smh!"

"Got there about 1:45pm on Saturday July 16th and they were closed workers outside smoking in a SUV... said they only have one Reg. Working they will open up in 30 minutes so I waited and the parking lot was a mess gates were opened on dumpster so I drove back there and took 5 boxes picked a few things up from the ground and closed the gates up...the next shift showed up and the store opened up...it was so bad inside stuff everywhere so if they couldn't open for custermers they should of been cleaning the store...I use to love going into that store it was so clean so stocked and opened till 10 pm...none of that anymore"

"They close when they want to. It’s 9:36 and the door is locked and they said they are closed but the sign says 10pm and the employees are basically standing around at the window talking and turning customers away. I wonder if the owner is aware. Me and 2 other people were turned away nearly 30 mins before closing. That’s not good business."

"They are very professional and nice. They all have good attitudes like you could not believe. That is the best Family Dollar in Michigan. They alsl a reward. Everyone I tell about that store feels the same way. Whoever is the manager is doing a wonderful job. And they always have everything I need."
