Family Dollar

"Love shopping at this place because its close to home. Visited the store yesterday and there was a incident. A person was in the store that looked homeless. Cashier was very rude to. The gentleman was older and was being mouthy but if the cashier had not antagonized him to the point where he was so upset that he was yelling things would have quieted down. Customer service these days is awful. The cashier kept saying “get out of my store” over and over. The store belongs to the neighborhood. The cashier ended up calling the police to get him out but if she had shut up and let him purchase there would have been no incident. Respect for the Elderly and empathy was truly needed in this case."

Well uh, I'm a former manager from Family dollar and y'all lied to me and I'm not happy, oldest trick some stores do and most of the time corporate doesn't know. Not shopping there anymore. "This family dollar has the items you need..I found my sisters Jergen Cherry Almond lotion cant find it at other family dollars..A plus for me.. Workers are friendly with who they want to be friendly with...I am pleased with how all items are in there prospective place.."

"I went inside for Prairie Farms 2% Milk and Lever 2000 Soap Bars. The latter was not present, but the former was. I got the full gallon and half-gallon bottles and a bag of Malto-Meal Frosted Flakes. I purchased those, then left. It's beautiful inside. The floors are very clean, and the food section is well-stocked. And at least the cashiers aren't asking for small bills, thus causing customers to have to get more than they want or need. I must gravitate to this location more often. Hopefully, they have the Lever 2000 Soap when I go in."
