"The ClickList pick up here is a joke.... Placed an order for pickup yesterday, between 5 & 6. Got there at 5:15, I was the only one waiting, so they weren't busy. Employee came out, loaded my groceries into my car, and off I drove. 10-15 min later, when I'm basically home, I get a call from said employee. He tells me he forgot 1 of my bags... I ask him what was in it, he rattles off 3 items. No big deal, just refund me, I tell him. When I get home, and start unloading, I realize alot is missing. In total, 36 items!!!! It was $75 worth of food that I needed for dinners and such for the week. I was furious and also confused as to why the guy didn't tell me about all the things he forgot. I immediately called the store, asked for the manager. I was on hold almost 10min. I tell the manager who answers what happened. He tells me HIS manager needs to do the refund, so back on hold I go. When that guy answers, I have to retell the whole thing again, because no one seems to talk to one another at this place. He tells me he'll put a request in for a refund, but it'll take 7-10 days! He didn't give me a cent more either, to try to smooth things over for their ridiculous error. And not one of these people ever said sorry for this screw up. Customer service doesn't exist at this Kroger, stay away."

"Truly a horribly run store. This store is out of more food than it carries. Legitimately, every time I have shopped here, I have to come back because a quarter of the groceries are gone. It doesn’t even matter the time of day or day of the week you go, the store will not be stocked. I’ve gone after they got a truck, I timed it, and they were still missing groceries. It’s simple things like ground turkey, olive oil, cool aide, the list is endless of the things they are missing. Additionally, the carts are never stocked. Store looks a mess ALL THE TIME. Does the manager that works here not look at their sales prior to ordering. Additionally, the ev charger has been broke for months to no resolution. I’ve called and was told oh well."

"I’m never shopping from this Kroger again. I experienced the worst customer service here. Either they had false “on the floor” advertising or their employees don’t care, either way it’s unacceptable as a business. They advertised on the actual item’s price tag about a deal going on that would have saved me a good deal of money and they wouldn’t abide by it. This isn’t the first time either. I’ll be shopping anywhere but Kroger from now on!"

I wish Kroger was a little closer, but I'm really starting to see that's it's worth the extra 5 minutes of driving. the produce is amazing... there are too many things to mention that you just won't even see at the grocery store closest to me... much less FRESH!"
