"It is very often that we read bad reviews and that we are quick to leave bad reviews. We should keep that same energy with good reviews which leads to what I’m bout to say next. It is New Year’s Eve, Sunday, December 31, 2023 around 4:15 PM. A young man by the name of Chris was working as a cashier and he gave me the most exceptional and welcoming service ever. This young man was so warming and calm! He has the spirit that would turn your bad day into a good day! Chris, I hope that your manager sees this the district manager or even the regional because you need some sort of recognition for being the great person that you are and I hope that the company sees the value you bring! I know that your future will be bright whether it’s with Family Dollar or the next company because you’re characteristics showed me that! Thank you Chris you are the constant reminder that good people in this world do exist!"

"The hiring manager is a P-o-s and seems to be against her own employees I even heard her talking behind ones back about the other. That's just not professional and I have recorded evidence"

"Very Disrespectful manager I am calling corporate until disciplinary action is taken place at this location my mother was treated with the utmost disrespect today she was threatened shouted at and embarrassed by the manager in front of on looking customers her shopping cart was snatched from her she was told to step and get out my mother is a senior and did not have to endure this treatment by this woman that’s representing your company very unprofessional to be my neighborhood dollar store since I was 12 I’m very disappointed and i expect the district manager to comply on the behalf of poor customer service unprofessional behavior of a manager and threats to my mother this is a serious matter that needs attention"

"Pretty sure the cashier scanned her own personal items and put them on my tab . 2 Gatorade a lighter and sanitizer should not be 16 dollars . She also kept my receipt"

"This place is okay for that most part. I had to wait in line while the attendant finished her task of putting objects on the shelf. When clearly there was no other person in the store to help ring me up. I informed that I was there and just a simple OK and 8minutes later I got rang up... Customer service was clearly not on their mind but it's okay we all have them days."
