"I came in a little before 6pm I wanted beers from the salad bar I was rudely told no... That I should get there before 6pm if I wanted salad... Everything but the utensil was on the salad bar... I was looking at the beets ... When I went to the manager she said this man should give me beets... He then told me I was a liar and I couldn't get any beets .. Don't you all just throw this food away at the end of the day??? What was the problem??? Then Heather the manager told me I was rude because I was upset about someone being rude to me... She never gave me anymore eye contact and I never got the beets"

"I come here almost everyday for lunch, obviously because I love the hot food, 5-stars to the chef! There are some opportunities from a service standpoint. During my daily lunch period, and I recognize many others doing the same, it would be great to have a lunch line dedicated to those who come for lunch so that we can get out in time to enjoy our short lunch hour. I notice almost everyone during this time, the female manager closing that first register religiously right when everyone is at checkout( including many who are checking out with a cart full of groceries) Also, would be great if included with the silverware at the front register had napkins for us lunch goers. Please know, I also shop my local Westborn market in Livonia for my families weekly needs so I am not just a lunch person dedicated to Westborn. I hope this does get read, i think businesses would have added clarity from a consumer standpoint."

"Variety is good. We had some baked goods from the counter that were more than lack luster in flavor and freshness. Prices are higher on produce and sometimes not as fresh as the big box stores. Wine selection is good, but since the sommelier passed away, there isn't help in the wine dept anymore, which was a plus for the store."
