"The workers here besides two are nice. The tall lady manager has the worst customer service ever. Hasn’t been nice one time I’ve came in no greeting nothing. She talks to her employees like they are dumb and with attitude to. She’s so rude every single time I come in the lack of customer service is horrible with her. The lady with the purple hair is nice and so is the younger skinner boy they just hired. I don’t understand why that old hag still has a job though and is in a management position. She’s beyond rude for no dang reason. Y’all need to send a spy make sure they’re black to! My family and I come in a lot as they’re next to us. I know we’re just two people and it doesn’t matter but todays the last day we’ll be coming."

"Sherrie need better customer service. Sat my basket down on belt to check out. While the customer is front of me was getting receipt. I was gonna pull stuff out basket but ms. Sherri wanted to start grabbing my belongings slamming my merchandise down out the basket. Very rude lady towards me but was nice to the customers in front of me smiling and friendly. Sorry sherry im legally deaf so I didn’t realize your conversation was over with the customers in front of me. I’m sorry I was following covid19 6ft policy. No need to slam my items out the basket onto the check out belt."

"Was just there and they refused to break my 100 dollar bill. I worked in retail they always have 100 in their drawer not to mention I was purchasing stuff from there as well and using my 100 to pay for my stuff and because it wasnt 50 or more they refused my money. Do not go here! The cashier and whoever the other lady is, is rude and had a serious attitude problem but said I had one when I didn't. I've never had an issue at any other family dollar breaking a 100 dollar bill but for some reason this one has a huge issue with it. Cashier seen I was going to be using my 100 dollar bill still rang me up and then told me she couldn't take. She said and I quote "that's why I was asking you if you could put your order together." This is unprofessional."

"Super irritated, I ran in at 9:45 to quickly grab dog food and was immediately screamed at that they were closing soon, in the time I walked back to the store grabbed my one item and went to check out I was told 4 more times, the store was closing. Check out was just as awful, the guy at the counter is talking fast, throwing stuff into my bag and when I asked if it was okay to do cash back he just stared at me angrily. I left by 9:55. Even if I'm in a rush, I'll take the time to go elsewhere next time."

"This store is always clean.Aisles are always clutter free&its easy to find products im looking for. Quick in and outs,no long lines. I go when there are usually the same employees working and they are super sweet and always helpful & they always speak when you walk through the door."
