Sleep Number

"This company is terrible and shady business practices. The representatives hang up on you. They charge you money to send technicians out that don't know what they doing. They also charge you for replacement items. I bought a bed for $7000 in 2022 and the bed has major defects that is requiring replacement items that they are making me pay for. Please don't spend your money on @sleep number. They are scamming people this is ridiculous how they treat their customers."

"Very happy with the service and next day delivery.. however. Not happy the the mattress we received. Within a few weeks the mattress has indents (body craters) from where we sleep. I was told they have a 10 year warranty. Hopefully I can exchange this mattress for a different one."

"Went in today and talked with a gentleman named Keith, this guy took care of me like nobody's business. Gave me the ins and outs of every bed they have, I couldn't of asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in till when I left was amazing, I hope the bed is as good as the service I got today. Will be for sure referring friends and family, thank you so much for the help and patience cause I know I wasn't an easy customer lol... On a side note, the delivery guys we got were amazing. Had us fixed up and ready to go in no time, thank you to everyone!!"
