"We went with Yardbird after spending a few weeks researching different brands, and I'm very happy we decided to go this route. I didn't want to order something online without seeing it in person, and the showroom experience was great. The associate working there was very helpful and, unlike other furniture stores, was not pushy at all (since they don't work for commission). We opted for the aluminum Colby seating set and Lily dinner set, so we don't have to worry about rust or corrosion. Both are exceptional in quality and comfort. The cushions are plush but supportive. The delivery experience was great as well. The company they contracted with was professional and responsive in providing the delivery ETA. The delivery guys unpacked everything, didn't leave any trash, and set everything where it needed to go. We did run into one issue, which was promptly resolved. One of the Colby standalone chairs was missing. The box said there were two inside, but when the delivery guys opened it there was only one. They immediately documented it on the paperwork, so when I called Yardbird they were already aware and quickly sent out a replacement. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend others shop here as well."

"Absolutely love my new yardbird outdoor dining set. I had admired this online but was cautious about ordering because I was recovering from a bad experience with a previous order from another retailer. So after visiting the showroom in Royal Oak, Michigan I was convinced this was the perfect quality furniture I was looking for …love love love it. Very sturdy and the white glove service was amazing…. Would definitely recommend this company and the staff at the brick & mortar store in royal oak . "We live in Cincinnati and visited the Yardbird showroom on a trip to Royal Oak. Leigh was very helpful answering questions and making recommendations (also had a free beer!). All the furniture was very well designed and built. We did not purchase that day, but contacted Leigh via e-mail once we made a decision on what we wanted and she e-mailed a quote immediately that we could use to order online. We ordered the rectangular fire table and four Lily chairs with cushions. The furniture shipped on time and delivered within four days from the Minnesota based warehouse. Since we live in Cincinnati, I had to assemble the fire table. Everything was packaged well to prevent any chance of damage. I had one question on assembly of the burner for the fire table which was easily answered by the customer service department. Otherwise, assembly on the fire table was very easy. There was no assembly needed for the chairs which is a testament to how well built they are. We love the look and versatility the table provides on our covered patio for all seasons and the chairs are very comfortable. Start to finish we were very impressed with the entire Yardbird experience! Thanks Leigh and Yardbird Team!!"
