"I go here to take an adult art class. It's taught by a very informative artist Walter Bailey, who conveys art techniques with great clarity. There is plenty of space to work on the messy projects. The center is being used all the time. They have activities for all age groups. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable about the facility. Plenty of parking and handicapped access. Everything is on one level or done outside"
"Very nice place. The center has a lot of antiques and historical looking objects along the wall. I was only in there for a few minutes, but the center was very clean. I passed a workout room, a recreational room, and in the bathroom, which has a locker room. Staff greeted us upon arrival. Outside was clean with garbage and recycle bins at every court and play area. There is a shaded picnic area and ample space for any spot, including tennis."
"My family held our family reunion luncheon in the large meeting room that holds 100 people. The facility was nice and roomy. It was easy to rent and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I'm glad we were able to support Detroit Parks and Recreation by renting the room."
