"My son and his friends thought they were enjoying a night out and their night ended in straight ridiculousness. The person who worked the desk “locked” their stuff up for a couple of hours and their belongings ended up being stolen. Now, only staff have access to the lockers and know which ones are filled and empty. My son’s shoes were stolen and his friend’s wallet was stolen. The wallet contained $80 cash. The general manager stated that due to it being Glow Night, the cameras did not clearly view who went into the locker. She stated that procedures and protocols need to be reviewed, and she was sorry. Well, although I appreciate her thoughts, this does nothing for my son’s and his friend’s stolen items. It is clear that employees are working the system and I truly hope that this establishment either upgrades their cameras or their employees."
"Excellent place for birthday parties! The staff is pleasant and helpful, there's a lot of space for the kids to burn off all their energy in foam pits/trampolines/long staircases to tall slides(that they will climb repeatedly), and there's seating all over for parents to watch and make sure nobody jumps on anyone's head. Highly recommend spot to let your kiddo go wild."
"This was our first time visiting sky zone, and we will definitely be back from the time that we entered the door. We knew that we were going to have an amazing time. The manager Stacey actually came to the front counter and she heard one of the children in our party, coughing and she checked on him. She was also very present and visible during our visit and helped us out with obtaining a locker way to go Stacy."
"Sky zone is the place to be. The kids love it and gets that pent up energy out specially during nasty weather. Prices are fair and specially for the amount of time and things you get to do. Unlike competitors that only allow certain zones and u have to pay extra for the extra things... birthday parties are wonderful as well.."
"Would definitely recommend the monthly membership or even the Black Friday deal if you live nearby and come here often. Costed pretty much the same as the day pass and we can come once a day if we wanted to. They have three different slides, trampolines, basketball court, obstacles, and more. A lot more than they had years ago when they opened."
