"I just spoke to someone stating he was the manager on duty and the way he responded to my questions was in somewhat of a rud manor. This was my 3rd time calling and being told i would get a call back and never did. Being told they no longer hold lanes and i was interested in holding a meet and greet at the location. After doing security at that location for another event I thought it Would be a good spot. I talked to someone by the name of Terry who was very nice and professional and answered as many questions as she could letting me know she would leave my info on the screen as well so now I will Be looking for another location for my girls to enjoy themselves Under new management maybe he needs to sit and have a talk with his staff on how to answer questions and act like you want your job."
"Been coming here for about a year now and i must say they treat us good. We host are video game session there on Mondays from 6pm - 12am and we charge a venue fee of 2 bucks."
